25 members of Muslim grooming gang charged.

25 members of a Muslim grooming gang will appear at Calderdale Magistrates Court on Thursday 12th February 2016.

25 Muslim men mainly from Halifax in West Yorkshire, have been charged with sexual offences including rape, traficking, sexual exploitation, sexual activity with a child under the age of 16, sexual assault, voyerism, sexual grooming, conspiracy to engage in sexual activty with a child under the age of 16, causing a child to engage sexual activity without consent and the supply of a Class B drug.

The allegations which date back to 2006 and 2011 relate to one girl who was under the age of 16 at the time, however, one of the allegations relate to another victim and occured at the same time, all the alleged offences took place in the Calderdale area of West Yorkshire. All 25 were charged at Halifax Police Station and habe been released on Police bail. They will appear at Calderdale Magistrates court on Thursday 12th February 2016.

The names of the charged are as follows :

HEDAR ALI, 35, of Nantwich, Cheshire. He is charged with rape (x2) and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation (x2)

FASIL MAHMOOD, 35, of Halifax. He is charged with sexual activity with a child under 16 and supply of a class B Drug

ZAMEER ASIF, 24, of Halifax. He is charged with sexual activity with a child

MOHAMMED RAMZAN, 34, of Bradford. He is charged with Conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child under 16, rape and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

KHALID ZAMAN, 37, of Bradford. He is charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child under 16, rape (x2) and supply of a class B drug

ATAF ALI, 32, of Bradford. He is charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child under 16 and voyeurism.

MOHAMMED FIAZ ASKAR, 32, of Bradford. He is charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child under 16

AESAN PERVEZ, 26, of Halifax. He is charged with sexual assault (x3)

MANSOOR AKHTAR, 23, of Huddersfield. He is charged with sexual activity with a child under 16 (x2) and the supply of a class B drug.

MUHAMMED ASIM JANJUHA, 33, of Bradford. He is charged with rape.

HAIDER ALI, 39, of Halifax. He is charged with rape, sexual activity with a child under 16 and causing a child under 16 to engage in sexual activity without consent

SIKANDER ISHAQ, 30, of Halifax. He is charged with sexual activity with a child under 16.

Police charge seven Muslims.

Seven Muslims have been charged with child sexual exploitation offences. 

Seven Muslim men have been charged today (Tuesday 27 October) with child sexual exploitation offences as part of Operation Clover.

Four men have been charged with rape –
• Asif Ali, 30, of Clough Road, Rotherham
• Waleed Ali, 33, of Canklow Road, Rotherham
• Ishtiaq Khaliq, 32, of Cherry Brook, Rotherham
• Masoued Malik, 31, of Bridgewater Way, Rotherham

Waleed Ali is also charged with indecent assault and Ishtiaq Khaliq a further two charges of indecent assault.

Masoued Malik has also been charged with conspiracy to indecently assault and conspiracy to falsely imprison.

Mohammed Whied, 31, of Psalters Lane, Sheffield, has been charged with two counts of aidding and abetting rape.

Two defendants previously charged with multiple child sexual offences have also been charged as part of the ongoing investigation.

Arshid Hussain, 40, of High Street, East Cowick, Goole, and Basharat Hussan, 39, have each received a further charge of indecent assault. Basharat remains on remand at HMP Doncaster.

In addition, two men have been reported on summons.

Sageer Hussain, 30, of Cottingham Street, Goole, has been reported on summons for four counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.

Naeem Rafiq, 32, of Clarendon Road, Eastwood, has been reported on summons for conspiracy to indecently assault and conspiracy to falsely imprison.

The offences are alleged to have taken place in Rotherham between January and October 2003.

All nine men will appear before Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on Monday 16 November.

The charges form part of Operation Clover, a partnership investigation by South Yorkshire Police, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and the Crown Prosecution Service.

Temporary Detective Chief Inspector Martin Tate, the senior investigating officer, said: “The latest charges today form part of the second phase of the Operation Clover investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rotherham.

“Operation Clover continues to investigate past child sexual abuse in Rotherham and we work alongside Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and the Crown Prosecution Service to support victims and establish criminal prosecutions.

“Due to the complex nature of these investigations and the volume of material, it is important that these decisions are well considered and thorough.

“I want to encourage victims of these offences or anyone who feels vulnerable to contact South Yorkshire Police. We have a dedicated team that will listen and continue to gather evidence. Police officers are dedicated to supporting vulnerable people and we are passionate about increasing confidence in the police.

“It is vitally important to us that victims come forward so that we can explain the support available. More importantly, we will listen to what victims tell us and remain absolutely committed to providing the level of service they deserve.”

How to pull your child out of RE lessons.

Don´t let this happen to your child! These unfortunate British children were forced by their school to visit a mosque and dress up as Muslims under the guise of ´religious education´. No-one has to stand for this wicked indoctrination.

Please confirm in writing that the school has removed my child from any and all of these religious lessons and that alternative education arrangements have been made to ensure my child is in a safe and secure environment whilst at school and not in those lessons whilst other children in his/her class or classes receive their Islamic indoctrination via the school as ordered by the British state.

Islamic slaughterhouse goes into administration.

Bowood Lamb abattoir in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. 

You may recall that the National Front received some disturbing information a while back about an abattoir in Thirsk, North Yorkshire that was brutally mistreating animals that were to be slaughtered for human consumption. These defenceless animals were kicked, punched and thrown against solid walls before being ritually slaughtered in the Islamic method of killing them, which means a very sharp blade was drawn across the animals throats, severing their main artery whilst still alive and they were aware of what was happening to them. The National Front held a protest outside this slaughterhouse and then moved to Thirsk town centre to hand out 100`s of Anti-Halal leaflets to the passing public.

It has since been disclosed that Bowood Lamb abattoir has now been put into the hands of the receivers and the National Front Chairman Kevin Bryan has said that he is pleased with the actions of the National Front members who played a pivotal role in this latest development. This Halal slaughterhouse was secretly filmed and showed workers physically abusing these defenceless animals. The law requires ALL abattoirs to stun animals before slaughter to prevent unnecessary suffering , although the law still permits the exemption for the Jewish and Islamic `tradition of killing animals` which is totally abhorrent and goes against the rule of law. The Halal and Kosher codes requires animals to be killed in a ritual method during which an Islamic and Jewish `prayers` are recited whist the animal writhes about in absolute agony whilst awaiting its death. Sunderland Muslim in court for 10 related terror offences.

Mohammed Kahar appeared at Westminster Magistrates court in Central London.

A Muslim male from Sunderland has appeared in court charged with terrorism offences, including one relating to Syria. Mohammed Kahar, 37 of Burnville Road Sunderland faces 10 charges including disseminating terrorist publications, preparing a terrorist act, financing terrorism and in possession of a document called 44 ways how to participate in JIHAD, He was arrested in March after officers from the North East Counter Terrorism Unit and detained again on Monday (27th April) on suspicion of further offences, he appeared before the courts on Wednesday (29th April) accused of 10 offences stretching back over 18 months. Among the charges, brought under the Terrorism Act, was one of possessing a record likely to be useful in preparing an act of terrorism - electronic versions of documents on a mobile phone called `The Explosive Course, and 44 ways to serve and participate in Jihad`

Kahar also faces five allegations of disseminating terrorist publications between November 2014 and February this year, including one named `What are you waiting for ?` and Dabiq 5, the Islamic State propaganda magazine. Other publications were called Missbraucht Kinder, which means `Abused children` and others titled `Mensuura Inshalla, The book of Jihad, This is the province of Allah, A meesage to the Mujihadin  and the Muslim Ummah in the month of Ramadan  and Indeed your Lord is ever watchful. Kahar was also charged with one count of preparing acts of terrorism in Syria, two of supporting a proscribed organisation and one of financing terrorism, offences he allegedly carried out between November 2013 and February this year. 

Kahar did not enter any pleas and was remanded into custody to appear at the Old Bailey on May 14th 2015. 

Building work starts for Mosque in historic city of Lincoln.

Work gets under-way on a giant Mosque in the historic city of Lincoln.

Construction work has got under-way on the site of the new Lincoln Mosque, almost two and a half years after the proposals were approved. The Mosque will be built on the site of a former dairy factory on the corner of Dixon Street and Boultham Park Road next to the Lidl supermarket. Plans for the Mosque put forwrd by the Islamic Association of Lincoln were given the go-ahead by Lincoln City Council in November 2012, since then the association has gained support and funds needed for the `project`. The total cost is estimated to be in the region of £1.5m and the Mosque is said to be fully funded through individual donations, the majority which have come from Lincoln and surrounding areas. It will be the first purpose built Mosque in the historic city of Lincoln and will have prayer facilities for Muslims living in Lincolnshire and is set to be completed by next year. The building will have prayer facilities for men, women, teaching spaces for boys and girls, a library and a funeral preparation room. It will also include dedicated parking for 68 cars and cycle storage spaces. Previous attempts for a Mosque to be built in the city have been controversial. A former site proposed by the Islamic Association was rejected due to parking issues and was later burnt down. Last year East Anglian Patriots (EAP) held a anti-mosque protest to show their disgust at the council for accepting the proposals. Dr Tanweer Ahmed Chairman of the Islamic Association of Lincoln said "It`s very exciting news that work is finally going to get under-way and thanks to Allah that we`re here today to start the construction that we`ve been waiting along time for, its very important for the city as a whole, the the Mosque will be a landmark to promote diversity (codeword for genocide) in Lincoln, some people were concerned about car parking and that the War Memorial would be demolished and that there`d be loudspeakers for the five times a day prayers, so we`ve worked closely with residents to address these concerns and remove a lot of misunderstandings and misconceptions, people have a right to protest but we`re more interested in building relationships with local people and communities".

Islamic extremist GLOATED and published videos about Lee Rigby.

An Islamic extremist friend of Drummer Lee Rigby’s killer today admitted posting videos gloating over the murder on YouTube. Royal Barnes, 23, also pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to inciting terrorism by offering his three-door Vauxhall Astra on Facebook as a reward to anyone who killed a British soldier.

Barnes, who was a friend of Michael Adebowale, posted three videos on the internet describing the murder as “brilliant” and claiming that “British people will never be safe on the streets of London”.

Another video showed him driving past the floral tributes to Mr Rigby in Woolwich and laughing as “this is where the British soldier died”.

Three further videos were found on a computer at Barnes’s Hackney home, including one in which he pretended to be a suicide bomber at Finsbury Park Tube station.

Barnes is linked to Muslims Against Crusades and associated with Adebowale at various rallies and demonstrations in support of introducing Sharia law to the UK. In particular he was filmed by a TV documentary crew with Adebowale at a protest outside St Paul’s cathedral. He is also connected to two extremists jailed for carrying out Muslim patrols in east London, harassing members of the public by warning women not to wear short skirts on the streets and people to stop drinking alcohol.

Today Barnes pleaded guilty to three charges of dissemination of terrorist publications in the wake of the Lee Rigby murder last May, and a further charge of inciting terrorism overseas.

His wife, Rebekah Dawson, 22, has already admitted the three dissemination of terrorist publication charges. Dawson made legal history when she became the first woman to go on trial wearing the niqab.

She had refused to remove the full face covering for a trial last month at Blackfriars crown court, where she pleaded guilty to witness intimidation. Her guilty plea followed a six-day trial during which a judge controversially allowed her to wear the niqab after ruling that the court should recognise “freedom of religious expression”.

But the judge ordered her to remove the veil if she went into the witness box. She refused to give evidence because her religion prevented her removing the veil in the presence of men.

The case will result in new guidelines being issued to judges about the wearing of religious clothing in court. She had threatened a caretaker because he let tourists into a mosque with their heads uncovered.

The couple will be sentenced later by the Recorder of London, Brian Barker QC.

His barrister, Naeem Mian, told the court: “Barnes made three postings immediately or shortly after the murder of Lee Rigby. They are, to say the very least, untasteful.

“One month later he puts a posting on Facebook following a posting detailing the rape of an Iraqi woman, saying he would reward any person who murders an Allied soldier with a Vauxhall Astra, and reward them with some money, Euros, Dollars or Pounds.”

Prosecutor Kate Wilkinson said the link to the Iraqi rape was an article in the Asian Tribune in June last year. He and his wife owned a Vauxhall Astra at the time. In the posting Barnes says: “British and American soldiers will be killed for the sake of Allah and they will have their heads removed and this will make me smile and I celebrate the death of British and American soldiers.”

The three videos relating to the charges all start with film of a soldier being blown up, a scene from 9/11, a Muslim insurgent holding a severed head and TV news bulletin clips of the Lee Rigby killers boasting for the cameras in the street by the dying body.

Barnes was remanded in custody for sentencing at a date to be fixed.

The judge had earlier indicated he will impose a sentence of between five and a half and six and a half years imprisonment.

Are we Britons really slaves ?

Britons Will Never Be Slaves? Well, I have bad news for Britons: you already are. And those who conquered you were not some mighty tribes of Zulus, Pashtuns or North American Indians;  what the fear of finger-pointing and political correctness did to the prideful and patriotic Briton was something that none of their enemies could ever have done.

If Muslim immigrants attack and kill you, blasting the buses in London, yet you keep your mouths shut afterwards when Tony Blair thanks Muslims for their good behavior, uttering some stupidities about how “the majority of Muslims” condemn this crime – and you swallow this: you are not some force to be reckoned with; you are slaves.

If two Muslim immigrants murder a British soldier, hacking him like a cow in broad daylight just 500 meters from his quarters –and no one, not even armed soldiers who just could not help seeing this, moved a finger to help him and save him until finally two women tried to comfort him at the end: you are slaves.

British PM David Cameron, after a profound analysis, arrived at the conclusion that the attack on British soldier Lee Rigby, perpetrated by two Muslim immigrants who killed him with meat cleavers under the accompaniment of the cries “Allahu Akbar” and who then swore by Allah Almighty that they would never stop fighting Brits, bore “strong indications” of a terrorist attack. Well, thank you, Mr. Cameron; without you, we may have thought it was a pickpocketing.

After that, the British PM informed the amazed public that, “there is nothing in Islam that justifies this truly dreadful act.” So two Muslims, screaming “Allahu Akbar,” killed a British soldier in cold blood on the streets of London and beheaded him. And just exactly what Islamic law, norm or tradition have they broken? Standing on the well-guarded Downing Street, Mr. Cameron proudly declared that “this was not just an attack on Britain – and on our British way of life.

It was also a betrayal of Islam and of the Muslim communities who give so much to our country.” Then another political “guru,” London Mayor Boris Johnson, hurried to tell us that Islam has nothing to do with this. The BBC then had to do their part, and they rushed to explain to everyone that the reason why two Muslim thugs murdered a British soldier in the center of London is because Britain is in Afghanistan and Iraq, and because some Muslim countries were British colonies 200 years ago.

And the previously proud and patriotic Britons swallowed this too.

Of course if Muslim immigrants rape 11 year-old white British girls, prostitute them, torture them, and as the Deputy Children’s Commissioner for England, Sue Berelowitz, said, it happens all over the country, for many years; and if at least 2,500 British children have so far been confirmed to be victims of grooming gangs with another 20,000 children at risk of sexual exploitation – while police, social workers, teachers, neighbors, politicians and the media have for decades downplayed the severity of the crimes perpetrated against British children for fear of upsetting Muslims and being accused of “Islamophobia” or racism – you are slaves.

No more Mosques.

How many more Mosques does this country need, let's be honest, Towns & Cities across the Nation have more than their fair share of Mosques.

The Labour Party run Councils across the country are bending over backwards to allow the takeover from Islam, its very rare we hear of a proposal for the building of a Mosque being turned down, instead the Labour Party run Councils give their full backing for more and more of these eyesores, not only are they out of place by not fitting in with the beautifully built Victorian buildings in Towns & Cities but they create a nightmare for parking, unsociable behavior, etc. We hear time and again that these Mosques attract some of the more radical Muslims who are hell bent on trying to force Sharia Law within communities.

The Labour Party run Council in Rotherham are going through the process of accepting the proposal of yet another Mosque in the Town, this will bring the number so far to 9. Rotherham and the Indigenous people living there (which soon they will be in the minority) have been betrayed by the Left Wing Race Traitors that reside on the Council, and for that reason a demonstration has been called for every like minded British person to attend and to show disgust at the Council for allowing the Islamic colonisation of Rotherham to progress. All demonstrators are to meet outside Rotherham Railway Station to be given details where the protest will take place on the 16th March at 3pm, if you are attending please bring along Union flags, banners, whistles, horns, but most of all let's make this demonstration peaceful.

Final thought.
Our ancestors built this country with blood, sweat and tears, so that we could enjoy what they had so painfully endured, they didn't build this country so it could be invaded by almost alien culture like Islam. Our Great-Grandfathers and Grandfathers didn't give the ultimate sacrifice for the ''Beast from the East'' to come here and try to change OUR culture, traditions, and heritage.

Leeds. The day the UAF met their match.

Saturday 1st December was the day when the Anti-British Unite against Freedom (UAF) met their match by a group of around 30 dedicated Nationalists from Yorkshire who went to Leeds and gained entry into the UAF's meeting. The Nationalists arranged to meet up at the train station in Leeds City Centre at 10:30am, They then proceeded to the Swarthmore Centre, 2-7 Woodhouse Square, Leeds LS3 1AD, While on route the group we're informed that the UAF occasionally met at a well known venue called The Well. The Well was closed so no protest could take place there so they went on to the well broad casted meeting place in Woodhouse Square. The theme of this behind closed doors meeting was to try and muster support to try and oust the Yorkshire and Humber MEP Mr Andrew Brons. Once at the building the Nationalists gained entry through the un-locked door and we're straight away approached by what looked like a volunteer worker, but after he was asked about the UAF's meeting he was reluctant to divulge any sort of information about the meeting, he was followed to a room and once the door was opened it was plain to see that the contingent of the UAF we're sat in the room. Some well known fascists we're spotted, fascists like Waymen Bennett who incidentally took offence of the Nationalists being there so he grabbed a chair and made threats to throw the chair at the Nationalists but he was quickly told to put the chair down, then suddenly the whole room erupted and the fascists tried to block the door by what ever means they could, they started to hurl abuse at the Nationalists with words like ''NAZI SCUM'' and ''YOU'RE THE REAL FASCISTS''. The Nationalists stood their ground in the 15 minute confrontation, then a lady who actually worked at the centre said she was going to call the Police.

After a few minutes the Nationalists decided to go outside and stage a peaceful protest, after about 10 minutes the Police arrived in 5 police cars, the Police asked the question why the Nationalists we're there, and the reply they got was, that inside the building was a group of Communist, Anti-British traitors who we're planning to oust Mr Brons, the Police didn't have any idea who the UAF we're or what their goal was until it was made clear to them, the Police we're informed that the UAF are a dangerous organisation whose members are paid thugs by the Establishment and that they are funded by the Prime Minister David Cameron and other MP's, trade unions and other organisations. The Police said as long as the protest was peaceful and no criminal damage or threats we're carried out then they we're happy top facilitate the protest.

At present our secondary modern school education system only teaches 'Modern' history as a core curriculum  subject, whilst denying our children the knowledge of our Ancient British history. 

Only from the times of the invasions by the Romans, Jutes, Angles and Normans is now deemed worthy of educational study for our children. Our children are only being taught that the history of the British Isles and its peoples are only 2,000 years old and that Britons have never been the predominant peoples of these lands since AD58.

This blatant misrepresentation and omission of our ancient peoples history in schools is also regulary presented to our children in film and TV. 

Media companies continually play the PC card and change or choose to ignore historical facts by casting Black or Asian characters to falsely imply that they have always been here in large numbers or played central roles in vital historical events. Put simply, the media and the left wing historians change history to suit their own political agenda and to use these lies to mislead and confuse our children and the general public. In recent productions like, King Arthur, Merlin, and Robin Hood, the producers falsify our history. The truth is that Black men and women lived in stastically insignificant numbers in Britain until the days of the Great British Empire and that Black and Asian Immigration has only become an issue in the latter part of the 20th Century. 

Todays media continue their attack on our British Culture with more misrepresentation seen Sky Atlantic's new series ''The British''  Episode 1, whilst playing fast and loose with historical facts, starts with the Romanised Britons and concludes with the usual '' What the Romans did for us'' stuff, as if there must have been nothing here worthy before the Romans came. It races through the story of Ancient Britain, barely recognising the history and the bloodline of the Indigenous Ancient people of these islands, The true Britons.

We get the priviledge of hearing another profound statement from the prominent Labour Party supporter, Blairite, claiming ''We British are mongrels''. A statement we all know if said about any other peoples culture and origins we would either end up in court on a ''hate crime'', or would cause some kind of riot in some intolerable hellhole. While Follett may well think of himself as being of a mixed dog breed we Britons are certainly not Mongrels, and never we're.

They developed their own bloodlines, they had national identities, customs, and a way of life each to their own ''nation areas'', what is now parts of England, Scotland and Wales, and as it is to this day when it came to do battle they would form allies and join forces against the common enemies as a ''British Army'', they we're fierce warriors, enough to give any ''invader'' a bloody battle when they tried to attack OUR land. One of the biggest fallacies perpetuated by modern historians, politicians, and the media is that anyone can become British, continually promoting the notion that if you buy a piece of paper and declare yourself a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland you can consider yourself British. Citizenship is a commodity that can be purchased whereas National Identity, shared culture and bloodline cannot. as the saying goes, ''You can take the lad out of Yorkshire, but you cannot  take Yorkshire out of the lad'',

Azhar Ahmed from Ravensthorpe near Dewsbury finally attended Huddersfield Magistrates Court on Friday 14th September to face the Judge about his postings on a social networking site, he stood in the dock to confirm his name and address. The packed Public Gallery sat and listened to the Prosecution and the Defence, the Judge then ask for a break in proceedings so she could have an indepth look at some statements that we're brought to her attention, when the court resumed at 10:50am the Prosecution started to bring to the Judge's attention about what Ahmed had posted in Facebook, below.

Ahmed denied it was ''grossly offensive'' but admitted to posting it just 2 days after the 6 British Soldiers we're killed by an explosion in Afghanistan, the Prosecution said '' It was the worst day in the history of this conflict that saw the heavy losses of British Troops'', Ahmed showed no feelings as he stood in the dock when the Prosecution questioned him about these postings, the Prosecution asked Ahmed what his nationality was and he replied at first Pakistani British, then later in the trial Ahmed said he was Pakistani, asked if Ahmed supported the Armed Forces of this country he said YES. So why did he post about the deaths of these Soldiers ?, this may never be known.The Prosecution also mention about Ahmeds Facebook Profile wall, he said that Ahmeds wall said '' Name-Azar Ahmed, Works- Fox's Biscuits (a lie), Lives- Guantanamo Bay, the look on the Judge's face said it all.  There was a massive media presence of this trial and a demonstration was carried out by 0ver 50 Patriots, Nationalists and members of the newly formed Combined Ex Forces (CxF) who turned up to show their disgust at Ahmed and to show their support for the 6 British Soldiers and their families. After a long day of waiting and listening, finally the verdict was announced, Azar Ahmed was found Guilty of posting the offensive comment on Facebook and will back at Huddersfield Court for sentencing after pre-sentencing reports have been viewed on 9th October. IT WILL BE VERY INTERESTING INDEED TO KNOW WHAT SENTENCE HE WILL RECEIVE. We all know what happened when Muslims set fire to the Sacred Poppy outside the Royal Albert Hall in London, a £50 fine was handed down. A serving Soldier was sent to prison for putting a pig's head outside a Mosque another Patriot was sent to prison for 8 months for shouting ''Muslim bombers off our streets'', Lets hope the Judge see's sense and gives Ahmed a jail sentence for insulting the 6 British Soldiers and the Families of these servicemen.

What follows is the account of a fellow patriot/Nationalist who for all intent and purposes was imprisoned for a section 5 offence that was taken unnecessarily to the absolute limit of the law. Why? Because his legal representatives did NOT do their job. 
The names of individuals, solicitors, and barristers have been changed to protect the accused, the innocent, and the guilty, as well as illuminate the risk of further court action been taken against me the author, and the accused. I have full permission to reproduce the accused’s account of the proceedings. Asking for advice on legal proceedings to be brought against the solicitors and barristers who worked on the case the accused found no respite, and was told that most if not all would NOT touch a case of this kind. One of the solicitors actually admitted some liability and paid the accused £100 compensation. The accused is still seeking a prosecution of the barrister for misrepresentation. He states he would like to complain about his solicitors and also the 2 barristers who did nothing to help his case.               

Original offence. Section 5 public order, conduct likely to cause a Breach of the Peace. 
Actions warranting arrest, Under the influence of alcohol the accused shouted “Muslim bombers off our streets” outside a mosque. 

 Although it is considered a breach of the peace, the accused was not charged under this law, which would ordinarily warrant a fine and or community service. Instead he was charged to the full extent of section 5 public order offences and was given 8 months imprisonment. Here is his account of what happened from his arrest. 

IN HIS OWN WORDS 

After being released, I contacted a solicitor to be here known as Solicitor 1, solicitors from Barnsley, these were very good and listened to the accounts of why I was charged, I visited them on a couple of occasions to give them all the information they needed, Shortly after I was due to attend Barnsley magistrates court. 

On arrival, the solicitor told me to “make no plea” as he said there was still a mention of “pushing” which I was cleared of by the police, after that first appearance at court Solicitors 1, were wondering if it was better that I pleaded not guilty, as I hadn’t done anything I was accused of, Which I thought was fine, I couldn’t see any reason why I should plead guilty to pushing, swearing and racial abuse when all I said was these 5 words. 

“Muslim bombers off our streets”. 

Soon after the first court appearance Solicitors 1, realised they had a conflict of interests as they had represented in the past one of the Muslim’s who was against me, so they had to pass my case onto another solicitors. 
I was passed to Solicitors 2, I spoke briefly on the phone to a representative of Solicitors 2, who said “He was taking over my case” I asked if he needed to see me and he replied saying no he had everything he needed and there was no hurry as my next court date wasn’t for a couple of weeks or so, I informed him of my holiday plans which did not conflict with court dates so everything was fine. 

When we got back from holiday I had received a letter from Solicitors 2 requesting to see me, this was dated for a date whilst I was away so as soon as I got back I phoned them and spoke to the representative who said all he needed was for me to fetch my proof of earnings in with bank statements etc. as he was letting his trainee do my legal aid stuff, so I got them ready and dropped them off at the solicitors office. 

A couple of days before I was due at court in Barnsley I phoned Solicitors 2 up to see if the representative needed to speak to me before court. I was told he was on holiday but not to worry someone else would be at court to meet me. 

On arrival at court at 9.30am as instructed by my solicitors, By 11am, NO ONE had shown up, it got to about 11.15am one of the court porters luckily spotted another representative from Solicitors 2 on his way out of court, he told this representative that I was waiting to go in court with someone from Solicitors 2. 

He looked on his list……No record of me, but he phoned his office and had my papers sent up to court, around 12pm Solicitors 2 Rep, came back and spoke with me, he told me to plead NOT GUILTY, which I agreed with as I hadn’t done anything else apart from say the 5 words, we went into court and a date was set for Sheffield crown court. 
The week before I was due at crown court I telephoned My rep, again to see if he needed to see me before crown court, 
he said, “NO, all I expect you to do is plead GUILTY at your earliest convenience” 
I said 
“why should I plead guilty to things I haven’t done” 
he said 
“you’re a guilty man” 

I told him that at Barnsley, Solicitors 2 who he WORKS for told me to plead NOT GUILTY and also Solicitors 1 had agreed it would be better going not guilty. Yet all my rep said was 

“well we have a difference of opinion don’t we”. 

Understandably I was not happy with him saying that, after all I was not guilty of all the things they accused me of, I told my rep “ I only said 5 words whilst I was drunk and offered to apologise straight after”, but again all my rep said was, “it’s a very serious charge and you are guilty and you will get a third off your sentence if you go guilty”, So I said “what happens if I say not guilty”, He replied saying 

“You will put the 3 Muslims THROUGH HELL going to trial and the jury will find you guilty as it’s a racist charge”, 
(Obviously with no care or thought for the hell I was soon to endue) 

I asked if I was identified at the voluntary ID parade I went on, he wouldn’t tell me, all he said was whether you have been picked out or not, it doesn’t matter. So he refused to say if I had or not. He was more bothered about saying how beautiful and stunning his secretary was, he said at Sheffield you will meet a very beautiful stunning young lady, you will probably smell her before you see her as she smells as good as she looks, I thought he sounded a bit of a pervert to be honest as he was more bothered about how lovely she was rather than my case. He said he had briefed a very good barrister about my case and again he expected me to plead guilty. 

So on arrival at crown court I spoke to a Mr Barrister, who was appointed by Solicitors 2, he spoke to me before I went in court and said 

“You are pleading guilty aren’t you? 

I said “I wasn’t happy with pleading guilty to things I hadn’t done”, and just like my rep, said the same, 

Mr Parker “ You are a very guilty man, I’ve read your police statement and all what you have told them is the usual lies they hear all the time such as I’m not a racist, I don’t think I did it, no I didn’t say that etc. etc. 

What he meant was all my statement was lies, he was more like the prosecution,

I said 

“I would be happier going not guilty” So he said, 

“I can tell you know Mr Parker, if this goes to trial they will get the 3 Muslims here and they will all be pointing the finger at you, saying yes it was him etc. etc. and they will find you guilty and you will get 2 years in prison”, I said 

“You’re joking, 2 years for saying 5 words”, 

he said 

“It’s not a joking matter I expect you to plead guilty to get a third off your sentence”, 

so I said “There is no way that I’m lying in court and admitting to things I never said or did, I admit to saying Muslim bombers off our streets whilst I was drunk but I didn’t swear and I didn’t push and I didn’t throw anything. Needless to say he got slightly annoyed and said “we will have to hurry up and make your mind up or we can adjourn it for another 5 weeks”, I said “I would plead guilty to saying the 5 words and nothing else”, so he made out a written plea which he added other things onto such as I shouted Muslim bombers off our streets, I told him, 

“I only said it and didn’t shout, He also added it was said with intent to cause distress amongst other words which are shown in my court papers. I told him I wasn’t happy at all with him adding things like that but he said “He had to put other things down to be in the judge’s favour or he wouldn’t believe it”, 

He made out he was doing me the favour, the plea was agreed with by the prosecution and he said “He would get it typed out straight away. I then went in court and pleaded guilty on the written plea basis, the judge asked the barrister “what date he would like sentencing date”, My Barrister looked in his diary and asked for the xxth of September, this was agreed by the judge. 

On arrival at Sheffield crown court on the xx/09/2011 I was met by My reps secretary again who told me my case had been passed to another barrister only last night as my Barrister was busy. 

It was passed to My Miss Barrister who came to see me, she said she had read through my case and said if it wasn’t for your honesty at the police station it wouldn’t have even got to court, she had struggled to find any similar cases to compare to mine but she had found a couple which she included in her report where one man got a prison a sentence and another man got a suspended sentence, but both had a list of previous offences, I had never been in any trouble before, so she would do her best. 

My Mr barrister hadn’t even prepared a defence case to pass onto My Miss Barrister so she had to do everything in a very short space of time, then both the secretary and My Miss Barrister, said I had the worst judge possible, Mr judge Dredd, who just likes to give out maximum sentences, so she said it wasn’t looking very good, she said 

“The only way you might get off without custodial is if you offer to pay £1,000 costs, I said 

“I would do anything” and agreed to this, she said 

“Even the prosecution was scared and even shaking knowing we had Mr Dredd. I was called into court and the CPS read out details of what happened, the pushing and swearing and racial abuse was all mentioned, which I was not guilty of, My Miss Barrister intervened and said to the judge, 

“He has pleaded guilty on a written plea basis and the copy of this is on your desk”, judge Dredd ruffled about a few papers on his desk and picked up a scrap piece of paper which had the hand written plea on and he said 

“I cannot read this writing, who’s writing is it? Is it yours miss? She said 

“No its Mr Barristers, there should be a printed copy on your desk”, Again he ruffled papers about and said he couldn’t find it, just then the CPS handed him a copy which he very briefly read to himself, I had around 12 very good character references which were passed to Mr Dredd, again he very briefly looked at a couple before moving onto the excellent probation pre-sentence report which stated I had my own business, 2 young children, a wife, my own house with mortgage and I was the only source of income, and it would cause catastrophic events if I went to jail, it also stated I wasn’t the type of person who would cope in jail, again Dredd very briefly looked at it before aggressively saying such vile acts will not be tolerated etc. etc. 

HE SENTENCED ME TO 8 MONTHS IN PRISON. 

I was shocked, My Miss Barrister and the secretary came to see me before I was put in a cell, Miss Barrister said there was nothing she could have done in such a short space of time, but asked if I would like her to apply for bail and put an appeal in, Immediately I said “yes please could I get out on bail today” 

She said “No it will take a few days before it goes through but hopefully I could be on bail within a week pending appeal which could take 6 months.” 

I was then sent to Doncaster prison. 

It was like a nightmare, my wife had no money or savings to pay bills etc., she was already on antidepressants and had to be put on double the dose, I also had to go on them in prison as I couldn’t cope. 

Remember, his only care was for the 3 Muslim's, “You will put the 3 Muslims THROUGH HELL going to trial. 

On the following Monday my wife phoned my solicitors 2 who said not to worry, the appeal had been sent off and it had been passed by counsel already which was a good start, they said it had been expedited as well, yet going by the date of the letter it was dated on the Tuesday so probably posted Wednesday. 

Nothing was heard about the appeal or bail until about 2 months on, Solicitors 2 kept coming up with excuses like they had phoned appeal office up daily but they are short staffed and it will be the next few days before my appeal goes to court, this went on for a few weeks, my mum and wife had gone into my solicitors 2 to complain as nothing was being done and to say how poor I was treated by them, then finally it was passed by the first judge, My Solicitors 2 stated he would visit me to explain and answer my complaints, he told my mum he would visit me in the next couple of days but he never came, then he did finally arrange and give a date and time to visit me in Doncaster, I was called down to visits area and waited about an hour, the lady phoned My Solicitors 2 to confirm Mr Solicitors 2 hadn’t forgotten and she was told he set off about 2 hours ago, I waited a while longer before I was told to go back to my cell. 

He never turned up, I was told afterwards his wife was ill and he had gone home but he would visit me another day, a couple of days later he arranged a video link, and apologised for not turning up due to personal problems, he stated my rep didn’t turn up at court in Barnsley because his secretary had forgot to put it in his diary, yet I said I phoned a couple of days before I was due at court and he said again no one had passed it on through lack of communication, he failed to answer most of my other complaints so I asked him if he could apply for a HDC tag, as my religious harassment charge came under racial charges and if I wanted to appeal to contact solicitor. Mr Solicitors 2 said “No need to apply as your appeal has been passed by the first judge so you will be out before your tag date anyway” I asked if he was sure, he said 

“Oh yes, certainly, no other judge in south Yorkshire would have even sentenced you and you have already served 2 months in prison, 90% of cases don’t even get past the first judge so I’m certain you will be out soon. I said “what if there is another judge Dredd, he said “Very unlikely and not to worry” 

I again asked if he could apply for my HDC and he said “He would put it on the back boiler for now as he was certain I would get out on appeal. A couple of weeks later my appeal was turned down, I was shocked! My wife phoned Solicitors 2 up to ask why, and they said they were waiting for another fax to come with details and they would let her know as soon as they find out, my wife or myself received no more contact from Solicitors 2, not even an explanation of why appeal failed, yet in the local paper it gave lots of info on my appeal and why it was declined, my opinion is that Solicitors 2 had let Miss Barrister know I had been complaining about them all so I don’t think she will have bothered doing or saying anything in my defence as it was very odd how it got passed the first judge and he agreed my sentence was excessive. 

I wrote to Mr Solicitors 2 asking him to apply for my HDC tag and my mum emailed him about it but neither of us got any replies, so I wrote to another solicitor out of the prison newspaper who within a couple of days spoke to me on video link and couldn’t believe I was in prison for that charge, he said he would speak to a barrister and see if it was worth going back to court to force a judicial review, but he was running out of time as I only had a few weeks left, his barrister friend agreed it was worthwhile and he applied to Doncaster for my tag saying I was an exceptional circumstance as shown in the PSI handbooks, but Doncaster replied saying it was home office rules not to give me HDC, and then there was not enough time left to go to court. South Yorkshire CID came to see me the week before I was released and they said they had read through my case and couldn’t believe I had been sent to prison, they asked who my solicitor was and when I said Solicitors 2 rep, they both shook their heads and said 

“That’s why your here, he is an ex superintendent, I think they called him, then added 

"he would want you to plead guilty to it all to get it over with so he doesn’t have to do any work on the case", 

From what they had read it looked like I should have been given a £50 fine and no court case or anything. Whilst in prison I got my mother to try and complain on my behalf about the solicitors 1 and 2 and the barristers and judge. So now I am back home, I would like to know how to carry on with these complaints, what information do you need, I have copies of letters to solicitors showing my complaints to them, there replies, my court papers, my appeal papers etc, I would like to take these complaints as far as possible as I think through their lack of service and help I ended up spending 4 months in prison, Solicitors 2 were more like the prosecution, likewise the barristers were no help especially leaving the case just the night before and not preparing any defence case to pass onto the new barrister. 

I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I was given, I have ended up with about £20,000 debt due to my business and mortgage, bills etc. can you let me know what I need to do next and what information you need from me. Full and concise details of the case are available on request. 

For information- I served my sentence with remission. I went to see the probation people who interviewed me at length and I told them that my solicitor and barrister wanted me to plead guilty to things I hadn’t done and they said it doesn’t say much for our justice system, and whilst in prison I spoke to other prisoners who were also forced into pleading guilty even though many were innocent of added on charges. Previously known as, Taken into consideration, or TIC. 

I thought in court you were to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, yet solicitors, barristers and prosecution are so corrupt in making you tell lies to get a lesser sentence. Things need to change as there is too much corruption going on, yet alone the costs involved in court cases, and costs keeping prisoners in prison, these things should be brought to the publics notice and things definitely need to change.

These Islamic extremists should have been sent to prison for this.

Once again if you stand up for what you believe in and you are either a Patriot or a Nationalist and you are arrested and charged by the Political foot soldiers of this corrupt Government you can expect a prison sentence, but if you are a Muslim or an Immigrant that has crossed several safe countries to come to Britain you can get away with anything. The Justice system needs to be changed or at least make it equal for all.
