The EU President has said "Britain does not get to control its borders, and rejecting immigrants is “not up for negotiation“.

EU (European Union) President of the European Parliament, Martin Shulz, who is also a German Socialist politician, said that he took reform of the EU “very seriously.”

“The principle of free movement of people has been one of the greatest successes the EU has,” Shulz said, “it is a fundamental principle and it’s not up for negotiation any more than renegotiating the principle of the free movement of goods, services or capital.”

All 3 main political party's are PRO EU and are determined to destroy Britain and the British way of life, by voting for these party's you are giving them the consent to fulfil the demands of their paymasters in Brussels. Our Historic constitution will be lost forever, we will be ruled by a foreign power which is an act of HIGH TREASON according to the Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights 1689. At present our secondary modern school education system only teaches 'Modern' history as a core curriculum  subject, whilst denying our children the knowledge of our Ancient British history. 

Only from the times of the invasions by the Romans, Jutes, Angles and Normans is now deemed worthy of educational study for our children. Our children are only being taught that the history of the British Isles and its peoples are only 2,000 years old and that Britons have never been the predominant peoples of these lands since AD58.

This blatant misrepresentation and omission of our ancient peoples history in schools is also regulary presented to our children in film and TV. 

Media companies continually play the PC card and change or choose to ignore historical facts by casting Black or Asian characters to falsely imply that they have always been here in large numbers or played central roles in vital historical events. Put simply, the media and the left wing historians change history to suit their own political agenda and to use these lies to mislead and confuse our children and the general public. In recent productions like, King Arthur, Merlin, and Robin Hood, the producers falsify our history. The truth is that Black men and women lived in stastically insignificant numbers in Britain until the days of the Great British Empire and that Black and Asian Immigration has only become an issue in the latter part of the 20th Century. 

Todays media continue their attack on our British Culture with more misrepresentation seen Sky Atlantic's new series ''The British''  Episode 1, whilst playing fast and loose with historical facts, starts with the Romanised Britons and concludes with the usual '' What the Romans did for us'' stuff, as if there must have been nothing here worthy before the Romans came. It races through the story of Ancient Britain, barely recognising the history and the bloodline of the Indigenous Ancient people of these islands, The true Britons.

We get the priviledge of hearing another profound statement from the prominent Labour Party supporter, Blairite, claiming ''We British are mongrels''. A statement we all know if said about any other peoples culture and origins we would either end up in court on a ''hate crime'', or would cause some kind of riot in some intolerable hellhole. While Follett may well think of himself as being of a mixed dog breed we Britons are certainly not Mongrels, and never we're.

One of the biggest fallacies perpetuated by modern historians, politicians, and the media is that anyone can become British, continually promoting the notion that if you buy a piece of paper and declare yourself a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland you can consider yourself British. Citizenship is a commodity that can be purchased whereas National Identity, shared culture and bloodline cannot. as the saying goes, ''You can take the lad out of Yorkshire, but you cannot  take Yorkshire out of the lad'',

Azhar Ahmed from Ravensthorpe near Dewsbury finally attended Huddersfield Magistrates Court on Friday 14th September to face the Judge about his postings on a social networking site, he stood in the dock to confirm his name and address. The packed Public Gallery sat and listened to the Prosecution and the Defence, the Judge then ask for a break in proceedings so she could have an indepth look at some statements that we're brought to her attention, when the court resumed at 10:50am the Prosecution started to bring to the Judge's attention about what Ahmed had posted in Facebook, below.

Ahmed denied it was ''grossly offensive'' but admitted to posting it just 2 days after the 6 British Soldiers we're killed by an explosion in Afghanistan, the Prosecution said '' It was the worst day in the history of this conflict that saw the heavy losses of British Troops'', Ahmed showed no feelings as he stood in the dock when the Prosecution questioned him about these postings, the Prosecution asked Ahmed what his nationality was and he replied at first Pakistani British, then later in the trial Ahmed said he was Pakistani, asked if Ahmed supported the Armed Forces of this country he said YES. So why did he post about the deaths of these Soldiers ?, this may never be known.The Prosecution also mention about Ahmeds Facebook Profile wall, he said that Ahmeds wall said '' Name-Azar Ahmed, Works- Fox's Biscuits (a lie), Lives- Guantanamo Bay, the look on the Judge's face said it all.  There was a massive media presence of this trial and a demonstration was carried out by 0ver 50 Patriots, Nationalists and members of the newly formed Combined Ex Forces (CxF) who turned up to show their disgust at Ahmed and to show their support for the 6 British Soldiers and their families. After a long day of waiting and listening, finally the verdict was announced, Azar Ahmed was found Guilty of posting the offensive comment on Facebook and will back at Huddersfield Court for sentencing after pre-sentencing reports have been viewed on 9th October. IT WILL BE VERY INTERESTING INDEED TO KNOW WHAT SENTENCE HE WILL RECEIVE. We all know what happened when Muslims set fire to the Sacred Poppy outside the Royal Albert Hall in London, a £50 fine was handed down. A serving Soldier was sent to prison for putting a pig's head outside a Mosque another Patriot was sent to prison for 8 months for shouting ''Muslim bombers off our streets'', Lets hope the Judge see's sense and gives Ahmed a jail sentence for insulting the 6 British Soldiers and the Families of these servicemen.

What follows is the account of a fellow patriot/Nationalist who for all intent and purposes was imprisoned for a section 5 offence that was taken unnecessarily to the absolute limit of the law. Why? Because his legal representatives did NOT do their job. 
The names of individuals, solicitors, and barristers have been changed to protect the accused, the innocent, and the guilty, as well as illuminate the risk of further court action been taken against me the author, and the accused. I have full permission to reproduce the accused’s account of the proceedings. Asking for advice on legal proceedings to be brought against the solicitors and barristers who worked on the case the accused found no respite, and was told that most if not all would NOT touch a case of this kind. One of the solicitors actually admitted some liability and paid the accused £100 compensation. The accused is still seeking a prosecution of the barrister for misrepresentation. He states he would like to complain about his solicitors and also the 2 barristers who did nothing to help his case.               

Original offence. Section 5 public order, conduct likely to cause a Breach of the Peace. 
Actions warranting arrest, Under the influence of alcohol the accused shouted “Muslim bombers off our streets” outside a mosque. 

 Although it is considered a breach of the peace, the accused was not charged under this law, which would ordinarily warrant a fine and or community service. Instead he was charged to the full extent of section 5 public order offences and was given 8 months imprisonment. Here is his account of what happened from his arrest. 

IN HIS OWN WORDS 

After being released, I contacted a solicitor to be here known as Solicitor 1, solicitors from Barnsley, these were very good and listened to the accounts of why I was charged, I visited them on a couple of occasions to give them all the information they needed, Shortly after I was due to attend Barnsley magistrates court. 

On arrival, the solicitor told me to “make no plea” as he said there was still a mention of “pushing” which I was cleared of by the police, after that first appearance at court Solicitors 1, were wondering if it was better that I pleaded not guilty, as I hadn’t done anything I was accused of, Which I thought was fine, I couldn’t see any reason why I should plead guilty to pushing, swearing and racial abuse when all I said was these 5 words. 

“Muslim bombers off our streets”. 

Soon after the first court appearance Solicitors 1, realised they had a conflict of interests as they had represented in the past one of the Muslim’s who was against me, so they had to pass my case onto another solicitors. 
I was passed to Solicitors 2, I spoke briefly on the phone to a representative of Solicitors 2, who said “He was taking over my case” I asked if he needed to see me and he replied saying no he had everything he needed and there was no hurry as my next court date wasn’t for a couple of weeks or so, I informed him of my holiday plans which did not conflict with court dates so everything was fine. 

When we got back from holiday I had received a letter from Solicitors 2 requesting to see me, this was dated for a date whilst I was away so as soon as I got back I phoned them and spoke to the representative who said all he needed was for me to fetch my proof of earnings in with bank statements etc. as he was letting his trainee do my legal aid stuff, so I got them ready and dropped them off at the solicitors office. 

A couple of days before I was due at court in Barnsley I phoned Solicitors 2 up to see if the representative needed to speak to me before court. I was told he was on holiday but not to worry someone else would be at court to meet me. 

On arrival at court at 9.30am as instructed by my solicitors, By 11am, NO ONE had shown up, it got to about 11.15am one of the court porters luckily spotted another representative from Solicitors 2 on his way out of court, he told this representative that I was waiting to go in court with someone from Solicitors 2. 

He looked on his list……No record of me, but he phoned his office and had my papers sent up to court, around 12pm Solicitors 2 Rep, came back and spoke with me, he told me to plead NOT GUILTY, which I agreed with as I hadn’t done anything else apart from say the 5 words, we went into court and a date was set for Sheffield crown court. 
The week before I was due at crown court I telephoned My rep, again to see if he needed to see me before crown court, 
he said, “NO, all I expect you to do is plead GUILTY at your earliest convenience” 
I said 
“why should I plead guilty to things I haven’t done” 
he said 
“you’re a guilty man” 

I told him that at Barnsley, Solicitors 2 who he WORKS for told me to plead NOT GUILTY and also Solicitors 1 had agreed it would be better going not guilty. Yet all my rep said was 

“well we have a difference of opinion don’t we”. 

Understandably I was not happy with him saying that, after all I was not guilty of all the things they accused me of, I told my rep “ I only said 5 words whilst I was drunk and offered to apologise straight after”, but again all my rep said was, “it’s a very serious charge and you are guilty and you will get a third off your sentence if you go guilty”, So I said “what happens if I say not guilty”, He replied saying 

“You will put the 3 Muslims THROUGH HELL going to trial and the jury will find you guilty as it’s a racist charge”, 
(Obviously with no care or thought for the hell I was soon to endue) 

I asked if I was identified at the voluntary ID parade I went on, he wouldn’t tell me, all he said was whether you have been picked out or not, it doesn’t matter. So he refused to say if I had or not. He was more bothered about saying how beautiful and stunning his secretary was, he said at Sheffield you will meet a very beautiful stunning young lady, you will probably smell her before you see her as she smells as good as she looks, I thought he sounded a bit of a pervert to be honest as he was more bothered about how lovely she was rather than my case. He said he had briefed a very good barrister about my case and again he expected me to plead guilty. 

So on arrival at crown court I spoke to a Mr Barrister, who was appointed by Solicitors 2, he spoke to me before I went in court and said 

“You are pleading guilty aren’t you? 

I said “I wasn’t happy with pleading guilty to things I hadn’t done”, and just like my rep, said the same, 

Mr Parker “ You are a very guilty man, I’ve read your police statement and all what you have told them is the usual lies they hear all the time such as I’m not a racist, I don’t think I did it, no I didn’t say that etc. etc. 

What he meant was all my statement was lies, he was more like the prosecution,

I said 

“I would be happier going not guilty” So he said, 

“I can tell you know Mr Parker, if this goes to trial they will get the 3 Muslims here and they will all be pointing the finger at you, saying yes it was him etc. etc. and they will find you guilty and you will get 2 years in prison”, I said 

“You’re joking, 2 years for saying 5 words”, 

he said 

“It’s not a joking matter I expect you to plead guilty to get a third off your sentence”, 

so I said “There is no way that I’m lying in court and admitting to things I never said or did, I admit to saying Muslim bombers off our streets whilst I was drunk but I didn’t swear and I didn’t push and I didn’t throw anything. Needless to say he got slightly annoyed and said “we will have to hurry up and make your mind up or we can adjourn it for another 5 weeks”, I said “I would plead guilty to saying the 5 words and nothing else”, so he made out a written plea which he added other things onto such as I shouted Muslim bombers off our streets, I told him, 

“I only said it and didn’t shout, He also added it was said with intent to cause distress amongst other words which are shown in my court papers. I told him I wasn’t happy at all with him adding things like that but he said “He had to put other things down to be in the judge’s favour or he wouldn’t believe it”, 

He made out he was doing me the favour, the plea was agreed with by the prosecution and he said “He would get it typed out straight away. I then went in court and pleaded guilty on the written plea basis, the judge asked the barrister “what date he would like sentencing date”, My Barrister looked in his diary and asked for the xxth of September, this was agreed by the judge. 

On arrival at Sheffield crown court on the xx/09/2011 I was met by My reps secretary again who told me my case had been passed to another barrister only last night as my Barrister was busy. 

It was passed to My Miss Barrister who came to see me, she said she had read through my case and said if it wasn’t for your honesty at the police station it wouldn’t have even got to court, she had struggled to find any similar cases to compare to mine but she had found a couple which she included in her report where one man got a prison a sentence and another man got a suspended sentence, but both had a list of previous offences, I had never been in any trouble before, so she would do her best. 

My Mr barrister hadn’t even prepared a defence case to pass onto My Miss Barrister so she had to do everything in a very short space of time, then both the secretary and My Miss Barrister, said I had the worst judge possible, Mr judge Dredd, who just likes to give out maximum sentences, so she said it wasn’t looking very good, she said 

“The only way you might get off without custodial is if you offer to pay £1,000 costs, I said 

“I would do anything” and agreed to this, she said 

“Even the prosecution was scared and even shaking knowing we had Mr Dredd. I was called into court and the CPS read out details of what happened, the pushing and swearing and racial abuse was all mentioned, which I was not guilty of, My Miss Barrister intervened and said to the judge, 

“He has pleaded guilty on a written plea basis and the copy of this is on your desk”, judge Dredd ruffled about a few papers on his desk and picked up a scrap piece of paper which had the hand written plea on and he said 

“I cannot read this writing, who’s writing is it? Is it yours miss? She said 

“No its Mr Barristers, there should be a printed copy on your desk”, Again he ruffled papers about and said he couldn’t find it, just then the CPS handed him a copy which he very briefly read to himself, I had around 12 very good character references which were passed to Mr Dredd, again he very briefly looked at a couple before moving onto the excellent probation pre-sentence report which stated I had my own business, 2 young children, a wife, my own house with mortgage and I was the only source of income, and it would cause catastrophic events if I went to jail, it also stated I wasn’t the type of person who would cope in jail, again Dredd very briefly looked at it before aggressively saying such vile acts will not be tolerated etc. etc. 

HE SENTENCED ME TO 8 MONTHS IN PRISON. 

I was shocked, My Miss Barrister and the secretary came to see me before I was put in a cell, Miss Barrister said there was nothing she could have done in such a short space of time, but asked if I would like her to apply for bail and put an appeal in, Immediately I said “yes please could I get out on bail today” 

She said “No it will take a few days before it goes through but hopefully I could be on bail within a week pending appeal which could take 6 months.” 

I was then sent to Doncaster prison. 

It was like a nightmare, my wife had no money or savings to pay bills etc., she was already on antidepressants and had to be put on double the dose, I also had to go on them in prison as I couldn’t cope. 

Remember, his only care was for the 3 Muslim's, “You will put the 3 Muslims THROUGH HELL going to trial. 

On the following Monday my wife phoned my solicitors 2 who said not to worry, the appeal had been sent off and it had been passed by counsel already which was a good start, they said it had been expedited as well, yet going by the date of the letter it was dated on the Tuesday so probably posted Wednesday. 

Nothing was heard about the appeal or bail until about 2 months on, Solicitors 2 kept coming up with excuses like they had phoned appeal office up daily but they are short staffed and it will be the next few days before my appeal goes to court, this went on for a few weeks, my mum and wife had gone into my solicitors 2 to complain as nothing was being done and to say how poor I was treated by them, then finally it was passed by the first judge, My Solicitors 2 stated he would visit me to explain and answer my complaints, he told my mum he would visit me in the next couple of days but he never came, then he did finally arrange and give a date and time to visit me in Doncaster, I was called down to visits area and waited about an hour, the lady phoned My Solicitors 2 to confirm Mr Solicitors 2 hadn’t forgotten and she was told he set off about 2 hours ago, I waited a while longer before I was told to go back to my cell. 

He never turned up, I was told afterwards his wife was ill and he had gone home but he would visit me another day, a couple of days later he arranged a video link, and apologised for not turning up due to personal problems, he stated my rep didn’t turn up at court in Barnsley because his secretary had forgot to put it in his diary, yet I said I phoned a couple of days before I was due at court and he said again no one had passed it on through lack of communication, he failed to answer most of my other complaints so I asked him if he could apply for a HDC tag, as my religious harassment charge came under racial charges and if I wanted to appeal to contact solicitor. Mr Solicitors 2 said “No need to apply as your appeal has been passed by the first judge so you will be out before your tag date anyway” I asked if he was sure, he said 

“Oh yes, certainly, no other judge in south Yorkshire would have even sentenced you and you have already served 2 months in prison, 90% of cases don’t even get past the first judge so I’m certain you will be out soon. I said “what if there is another judge Dredd, he said “Very unlikely and not to worry” 

I again asked if he could apply for my HDC and he said “He would put it on the back boiler for now as he was certain I would get out on appeal. A couple of weeks later my appeal was turned down, I was shocked! My wife phoned Solicitors 2 up to ask why, and they said they were waiting for another fax to come with details and they would let her know as soon as they find out, my wife or myself received no more contact from Solicitors 2, not even an explanation of why appeal failed, yet in the local paper it gave lots of info on my appeal and why it was declined, my opinion is that Solicitors 2 had let Miss Barrister know I had been complaining about them all so I don’t think she will have bothered doing or saying anything in my defence as it was very odd how it got passed the first judge and he agreed my sentence was excessive. 

I wrote to Mr Solicitors 2 asking him to apply for my HDC tag and my mum emailed him about it but neither of us got any replies, so I wrote to another solicitor out of the prison newspaper who within a couple of days spoke to me on video link and couldn’t believe I was in prison for that charge, he said he would speak to a barrister and see if it was worth going back to court to force a judicial review, but he was running out of time as I only had a few weeks left, his barrister friend agreed it was worthwhile and he applied to Doncaster for my tag saying I was an exceptional circumstance as shown in the PSI handbooks, but Doncaster replied saying it was home office rules not to give me HDC, and then there was not enough time left to go to court. South Yorkshire CID came to see me the week before I was released and they said they had read through my case and couldn’t believe I had been sent to prison, they asked who my solicitor was and when I said Solicitors 2 rep, they both shook their heads and said 

“That’s why your here, he is an ex superintendent, I think they called him, then added 

"he would want you to plead guilty to it all to get it over with so he doesn’t have to do any work on the case", 

From what they had read it looked like I should have been given a £50 fine and no court case or anything. Whilst in prison I got my mother to try and complain on my behalf about the solicitors 1 and 2 and the barristers and judge. So now I am back home, I would like to know how to carry on with these complaints, what information do you need, I have copies of letters to solicitors showing my complaints to them, there replies, my court papers, my appeal papers etc, I would like to take these complaints as far as possible as I think through their lack of service and help I ended up spending 4 months in prison, Solicitors 2 were more like the prosecution, likewise the barristers were no help especially leaving the case just the night before and not preparing any defence case to pass onto the new barrister. 

I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I was given, I have ended up with about £20,000 debt due to my business and mortgage, bills etc. can you let me know what I need to do next and what information you need from me. Full and concise details of the case are available on request. 

For information- I served my sentence with remission. I went to see the probation people who interviewed me at length and I told them that my solicitor and barrister wanted me to plead guilty to things I hadn’t done and they said it doesn’t say much for our justice system, and whilst in prison I spoke to other prisoners who were also forced into pleading guilty even though many were innocent of added on charges. Previously known as, Taken into consideration, or TIC. 

I thought in court you were to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, yet solicitors, barristers and prosecution are so corrupt in making you tell lies to get a lesser sentence. Things need to change as there is too much corruption going on, yet alone the costs involved in court cases, and costs keeping prisoners in prison, these things should be brought to the publics notice and things definitely need to change.

Once again if you stand up for what you believe in and you are either a Patriot or a Nationalist and you are arrested and charged by the Political foot soldiers of this corrupt Government you can expect a prison sentence, but if you are a Muslim or an Immigrant that has crossed several safe countries to come to Britain you can get away with anything. The Justice system needs to be changed or at least make it equal for all.

On the weekend of August 24th-27th a planned Islamic ''showpiece'' was to be held at the Queen Ethelburgas School between York and Harrogate in North Yorkshire, in this ''showpiece'' the organisers invited Islamic hate preachers to spout their hatred of the West to an audience of nearly 1000 Muslims who were willing to travel from all parts of the UK. The word soon got out that this event was being held, so members of Combined ex Forces (CxF) the National Front (NF) and other concerned Nationalists from the North West Infidels (NWI) North East Infidels (NEI) rallied round to get as many there on Saturday as possible to oppose this event, emails we're sent to the owners of this School and numerous telephone calls we're made as well making it quite clear that if this event was to be held then a massive protest would be held as close to the school as possible, also a contingent from Cxf, and the Infidels went to the Principles house on Wednesday night to have a ''face to face''. We can now confirm that this event has now been cancelled and we understand that the Muslims that had paid for the use of this schools facilities will not be getting any refunds, ( result). Hate preachers to speak in the historic city of York..

Murtaza Khan, who has described homosexuality as an “abominable action which goes against humanity” and stated that the correct punishment for such acts is death. Also speaking will be Assim Al-Hakeem who hol

ds equally hostile views to homosexuality. His website also calls for ‘apostates’ – those who abandon a religion – to be killed. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Assim Al-Hakeem was banned from three University campuses earlier this year.

Another speaker at the event is Abu Usamah At-Thahabi, who has also said that the punishment for homosexuality should be death. Hate seems to run through much of his preachings and he too has called for Muslims who renounce their religion to be killed “in the Islamic state”. On non-Muslims he has said: “We hate the people of the kufr (non-Muslims). We hate the kuffar.”

Finally there is Abuz Zubair, who suggests that those Muslims who believe in evolution should be killed. Responding to a Muslim who articulated support for evolution, Abuz Zubair said “the call to evolution is a call to kufr and apostasy”. He went on to quote a fatwa of Ibnal-Uthaymeen which stated that someone who teaches evolution “should be stopped by any means necessary even if it means his execution” and that if teaching continues “this person should be executed because he is an apostate and apostates are executed”.

So you can see this was not a recreational event at all, this was to promote hatred to the West by the Islamic followers. 

Also in York, A NEW £2.5 million mosque could be built in York under plans unveiled by the city’s Muslim community.

The York Mosque And Islamic Centre wants to replace its current building in Bull Lane because it is becoming too small to accommodate the growing number of people attending its main prayer times.
The design of the new mosque, which would be built on the same site off Lawrence Street which is only about 1 mile away from Imphal Barracks, includes a small central dome flanked by two minarets, a prayer hall, classroom, library and indoor community hall which children will be able to use for sporting activities. There would be no calls to prayer or any other amplified sound from the building. This tells me that Muslims and Islam is a growing concern, when they say there will be no call to prayer or any other amplified sound they really mean not until York becomes an Islamic City. Don't be fooled by their lies and deceit.

Labour's open-door immigration policy led to the largest population explosion since the Saxon invasion more than 1,000 years ago.

An audit of official figures last night revealed that during the party’s 13 years in power Britain’s foreign-born population increased by three million.

At the same time, nearly a million British citizens left the country.

Campaign group MigrationWatch said figures to be published by the Office for National Statistics on Thursday will show that by mid-2010 that total had reached 3.2million.

In recent years, migrants have been arriving at the rate of around ‘one every minute’, the group’s report says.

It comes as a poll found, for the first time, that those in the 16-24 age group were more worried about migrant numbers than those in their 30s.

The 3.2million population increase does not include illegal immigrants – of whom there are around one million in the UK.

MigrationWatch says the ‘three million-plus extra people on this island equates to the creation of three cities the size of Birmingham’.The open-door policy was pursued with no public consultation, the study says.

Sir Andrew Green, chairman of MigrationWatch, said: ‘This has been a clear failure of democracy due in large part to the Left’s deliberate tactic of stifling reasoned debate with accusations of racism.

‘In the years to come, immigration will be seen as Labour’s great betrayal.’

The MigrationWatch document says: ‘Immigration under Labour is certainly the largest ever in numerical terms and the largest in relation to population since the Saxon invasions over a thousand years ago. 

‘The only two subsequent immigrations – the Huguenots in the 17th century and the Jews in the 19th and 20th centuries were minor by comparison with recent inflows. 

‘Net foreign immigration over the past five years has averaged 24,000 a month.’

The report also says that of the 3.2million immigrants, 80 per cent came from outside the EU, and that, since 1997, 75 per cent of extra jobs created went to foreign-born workers.

It states that more than a third of new households will be a result of immigration – requiring 330 new homes every working day for 23 years. 

And it points out that the percentage of children born to a foreign mother almost doubled under Labour to 25 per cent. 

This comes as an extra 500,000 children arrived in our primary schools and a similar number do not have English as their first language.

The report says even New Labour’s favourite think-tank, the Institute of Public Policy Research, acknowledged last year ‘that immigration under New Labour has changed the face of the country’.Sir Andrew said: ‘We would agree, the sheer scale of what has occurred is changing Britain fundamentally and irrevocably and in ways the majority of the population did not ask for, were not consulted about and did not wish to see.’

The MigrationWatch report estimates that 5.5million foreign migrants arrived in 13 years of Labour government, not accounting for those who left.

That is the equivalent of 423,000 a year – or 48 an hour. In recent years, the figure rose to around 470,000 per annum – close to one every minute.

Last night, Immigration Minister Damian Green said: ‘Unlimited migration has placed unacceptable pressure on our public services over the years. 

‘That is why we are currently carrying out major reform of the system to reduce net migration to the tens of thousands. 

‘We have already introduced an annual limit to the number of economic visas from outside the UK alongside new proposals to reform other routes of entry including student, marriage and settlement visas, which have in the past been subject to widespread abuse.’

Critics have insisted Labour adopted a deliberate policy of mass immigration to create a ‘multicultural’ country.

Last night, Labour’s immigration spokesman Gerry Sutcliffe said: ‘This is an unbalanced, misleading and highly political report. Migration levels increased initially because of the strength of the British economy over many years. 

‘The most recent figures show net migration from outside the EU was coming down as a result of the points-based system and over a third of “long-term migrants” were in fact students, the vast majority of whom study, pay their fees, and then return home.’

Everyone from all the Nationalist parties along with Patriots and Loyalists from Scotland, Kent, Birmingham, Yorkshire, Manchester, Burnley, Oldham, Rochdale, Cheshire, Liverpool, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle, Sunderland, Wigan, St, Helens met up at the pre-planned Rendezvous point then were directed to a sleepy town just outside of Liverpool City Centre, they shook hands with one another and made good acquaintances, before they all headed to the City.

A long line of private hire taxi's drove the anti-IRA demonstrators into the heart of Liverpool City Centre, the atmosphere was electric to say the least, everyone was full of energy for the days events.

Merseyside Police started to mobilise to ensure their was significant safety not only to the public but to the anti-IRA demonstrators.

The reason for the demonstration was because the Liverpool Mayor and Labour leader of Liverpool City Council, Joe Anderson in his wisdom thought it would be a good idea to allow the IRA to march in the city, Merseyside Police also gave permission for the march to proceed. Crowds of angry locals started to swell to show their disgust at this march, the Police started to issue Section 60's ''Stop and Search'' on anyone they believed to be making a stand against this march, fueling anger even more so. One demonstrator was over heard saying '' Why are the Police searching us, we are only doing a peaceful protest, we have no intention to cause trouble''. Word quickly got round that the BBC presenter Donal Mcintyre would be on the IRA march and that he would try and get to St Georges Hall to hear the TUC, Alex McFadden and other left-wing speakers at their planned demo point to make speeches against everything that is British.

During the demonstration an Inspector from Merseyside Police was over heard telling a serving Soldier he wasn't welcome in Liverpool, when in fact the soldier was indeed from Liverpool, he also told the soldier that he ''didnt care how many of his mates have been killed in Afghanistan'', and that he ''was only in Liverpool to cause trouble''. What a total disrespect by the Police towards our brave lads and lasses who are putting their lives on the line in a far away alien country like Afghanistan. He should be sacked at once and forced to make an apology not only to the soldier but to all the Armed Forces in general.

The grooming of young girls affects “the whole spectrum of communities”

Was it a nice conference, Sir Norman?

Depending on who believe, the police may have known about the Rochdale sex grooming crimes as early as 2002. But even Assistant Chief Constable Steve Heywood was forced to admit that they had known at least 2 years before the criminals finally faced judgment.

With the criminals safely behind bars at last, you’d think that now would be the time for an honest inquiry, a little introspection maybe about what went wrong, why no action was taken, and why it was allowed to continue for so long? Enter Sir Norman George Bettison, QPM, Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police.

In a career spanning 39 years, there haven’t been many high points. After the infamous Hillsborough disaster in 1989 he faced accusations of participating in a “black propaganda campaign which aimed to deflect the blame for what had happened on to any one other than themselves” – an affair that earned him the nickname‘Norman the Cover Up’. He was also the police chief who claimed that his Merseyside Police ‘could invade a South American Country’; the same police force that, in September 1999, allegedly beat up Liverpool supporters and shoppers in the ‘Slater Street Incident’.

In 2005 he retired from the police, but returned to active service in 2007 (despite a petition bearing 15,000 names against his appointment). He made every effort to keep his pension and his new salary (eventually settling out of court for an undisclosed amount) – but then in 2010 wrote to The Times to say that he wasn’t worth the £213,000 he cost and that police chiefs were overpaid.

In 2008 he even ordered his staff to monitor his Wikipedia page to stop people posting ‘rude comments’ about him.

After excluding himself from the post of Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service on the grounds that he refused to be involved in politicising the police, he stayed on with the West Yorkshire Police to make a complete fiasco of a 2008 attempt to review police shift arrangements. The police federation were forced to step in and conducted another review in 2009.

A psychology degree comes in handy when your reputation is shot and public confidence in the police is at an all time low. Maybe it’s because of this psychology degree that Sir Norman’s feted achievement is ‘Neighbourhood Policing’, a policy based on the 1960’s concept of Community Policing which, in the words of the Home Office:

“…resulted in: a reduction in crime (self-reported victimisation); a fall in perceived anti-social behaviour; improved perceptions of the crime rate; increased feelings of safety; and enhanced perceptions of the local police.”

Perceptions, impressions; real action? No, smoke and mirrors. It’s all psychology; let the people feel like they are safe and it won’t matter. So, while crime stares them in the face, the police force dedicate themselves to a psychological approach because, as the government’s own publicity materials remind us:

“Research has found that confidence in the police acting fairly and being engaged with local communities is linked with increased police legitimacy. Perceptions of legitimacy, in turn, have been shown to increase the chances of a person cooperating with the police and obeying the law. Building confidence and legitimacy – through the police being helpful, approachable, fair and respectful – may help to reduce crime by encouraging citizens to assist the police.”

So, in 2010, faced with an increasing risk of terrorism, Sir Norman complains that the Muslim community “could do more” to help identify extremist individuals. He is, he says, conscious that there is “a fine line between winning the support of the Muslim community and alienating it”, and there is “a need for the community to work with the police.”

Now in 2012, after a series of convictions for one of the worst cases of sexual exploitation in recent British history, Sir Norman’s response was to hold a conference with representatives of a small section of the Muslim community. We’re sure he made every effort to be “helpful, approachable, fair and respectful”.

But where was this help when the victims needed it? Were the police ‘approachable’ when they turned the victims away and refused to act on their evidence? Were they fair? Who are you being  ‘respectful’ to, Sir Norman, when you  tread that fine line of not alienating the Muslim community by blithely announcing that young girls are “also seen as ‘easy meat’ by some young white men”?

It’s no big deal, apparently: “We witness that sort of approach and attitude any Saturday night in any of our towns and cities,” according to Sir Norman. There’s certainly no evidence of there being a ‘particular problem’.

But where is the moral equivalence between a young white man who might chance his arm with a young girl and a group of men who systematically drug, rape and pimp underage girls? Surely a young white man trying to take advantage of an emotionally unbalanced girl looking for love, support and a father-figure in her life is a completely different issue to a young girl being filled with alcohol and drugs and then passed around and raped?

Is pretending that sexual exploitation by these ‘grooming gangs’ is ‘not a faith or a race issue’ Sir Norman’s way of “building confidence and legitimacy”?

The EDL appreciate that policing is a difficult and sometime dangerous job and we have had more than one opportunity to appreciate first-hand the efforts of front line officers. But tackling serious crimes such as these should not mean entering into a popularity contest for the friendliest bobby on the beat.

The decision to stand up for decency and morality and to work to uphold the law is not a political one. If Sir Norman is really worried about the politicising of the police, he would do well to convince us that PC does not always need to stand for ‘politically correct’.

So, Sir Norman, if you’re reading, when are you going to admit that there is a particular problem, and when are you going to let us know what you’re going to do about it?
