YOUR LEGAL FICTION? - HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED HOW YOU BECAME A MR? OR MS? OR MRS?...OR HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHY SOME POST YOU GET HAS YOUR NAME IN FULL CAPITAL LETTERS? WELL KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, WILL EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHY;

If nobody has ever told you that you have a 'Legal Fiction' or a 'Strawman' then reading this could be a VERY interesting experience for you. Your Legal Fiction was created when you were very young, far to young to know any thing about it. But then, it was mean to be a secret as its purpose is to con/swindle you, and it has been used very effectively to do just that ever since it was created!


Interested!?...Well perhaps it is about time that you learnt about your 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' and how you can stop it being used against you? Knowing about it is the most important first step. You need to go on a journey of discovery, and I'm afraid that what you are about to discover is not very pleasant. However if you decide to act on what you learn here, it will change your life for the better!


It all started when your parents had a happy event and you entered the world. You dont know exactly when that was, because you were not aware of the days of the week, the months of the year, or even what year it was! Even after some months had gone by, you still were not aware of these things, but by that time, your 'Legal Fiction' or 'Strawman' had already been created and it was being used to make some very sinister, deceiving, unscrupulous people RICH.

None of this was your fault, or even your parents fault. It happened because your parents were fooled into thinking that they needed to 'register' your birth and get a 'birth certificate' for you. So they APPLIED (look up what APPLIED means in Legalese) for a 'birth certificate' not fully understanding what would happen when they did. Well then, what did happen!?...according to the Local Authorities;


1.) Your 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' was created.
2.) They lost owner ship of their baby (you)




As previously stated, this is not something which they can be blamed for, as nobody told them it would, or even could, happen. Nor did anybody tell them what a 'Legal Fiction' or 'Strawman' is or how it can be used AGAINST their baby. In ACTUAL FACT, the 'registration' is a contract it reality, it is Null & Void because there was not full disclosure by the Local Authority, nor was there 'intent to contract' on the part of the parents.


BIG NEWS!?...WELL YES!...


The registering of a baby's birth actually passes 'ownership' of the baby to the Local Authority and that, THAT ALONE, allows the 'Local Authority' staff/officers and the Courts to take the child away from the parents if they ever wanted to do that. This applies until the child reaches the 'age of maturity' set by the current legal 'Statutes'. Doing that is not 'LAWFUL' but after the birth has been registered, it is 'LEGAL' and there is a WORLD of difference between those two terms, a difference which it is VERY IMPORTANT that you come to understand clearly.


What is the 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' - WELL its a fictitious legal entity, created with the hope that as the child grows up, he or she will be fooled into believing that he or she is actually the 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' (which he or she is most definitely NOT) and pay all sorts of imaginary costs / taxes / fines and liabilities which get attached to the 'Legal Fiction' by nothing more than CON ARTISTS.


How is the 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' created? - WELL the mechanism involves that unnecessary birth certificate which the parents 'IMAGINE' is about, and belongs to, their baby (neither of which is actually true) So for instance, if the baby has been named Joe and the family name is Bloggs, then you would expect the birth certificate OF ALL THINGS to have the name Joe Bloggs written on it? Well you would be WRONG, what you will see is the creation of the 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' masquerading as Joe Bloggs in various disguises such as: 'JOE BLOGGS' (all caps) or 'Mr. Joe Bloggs' or 'Bloggs Mr Joe' or anything else that isn't simply 'Joe Bloggs' and nothing else.


Why create a 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' - WELL the answer is in order to charge the 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' imaginary costs, taxes and penalties and fool the Human Joe Bloggs into paying those amounts. Simple as that, and these imaginary charges and taxes include the following: 'Income Tax' - 'Council Tax' - 'Inheritance Tax' - 'Capital-Gains Tax' - 'Road Tax' - 'Import Tax' - 'Value-Added Tax' - 'Fuel Levy' - 'Loan Interest' - 'Bank Charges' and anything else that full-time professional CON ARTISTS can think up and are confident that you will not notice that you never agreed to pay and dont need to pay!

Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please provide written evidence of THE LAW that requires
flesh and blood human beings to pay council tax?

I have investigated www.opsi.gov.uk/ and various other websites to
find as much information as I can regarding council tax laws, but
can only find information on the STATUTES or ACTS that apply to the
PERSON or LEGAL FICTION, I cannot find a LAW that is applicable to
HUMAN BEINGS being justifiably taxed by a council or local
authority

I understand that, by legal definition, statutes and acts are
defined as legislated rules of a SOCIETY which have been given the
force of law, but in themselves are NOT LAW, and;

A society is defined as a number of people joined BY MUTUAL CONSENT
to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.

So in essence the STATUTES only apply to those who give consent
i.e., are a willing member of the society.

I am looking for the LAW that applies to those human beings that
have not mutually consented or have withdrawn their consent from a
particular society, i.e., those humans beings that are no longer
subject to the rules of that society.

So please provide evidence of the LAW (not the statute) which
states that all humans (NOT PERSONS) are obliged to pay council tax
(including humans who are not willing consenting members of
society).

Please note, that if your response includes the word PERSON,
PERSONS OR INDIVIDUAL, you have failed to answer my request, as
persons are not flesh and blood humans, they are LEGAL FICTIONS and
the term INDIVIDUAL is defined as meaning a PERSON which is also
legal fiction NOT a human being , man or woman. Also, please do not
direct me to ACTS, STATUES, or LEGISLATIONS as these do not apply
to a Human being of flesh and blood who is in possession of an
Immortal Soul. So please take care when providing a suitable
response, I wish to know what LAW (not statute or act) obliges me,
a man, or HOMO SAPIEN to pay council tax.

Please provide also, a copy of the LAW which states a council may
prosecute a human being of flesh and blood for Council Tax Arrears
in ordered to recover what they term a debt.

I require a written copy of the procedure used by the Council to
validate the information used to establish the arrears, i.e., if
LOSS as defined as under COMMON LAW JURISDICTION is the
justification for prosecution of a flesh and blood human, man or
woman, can the council provide written evidence for that LOSS with
full financial records and accounting to back up that debt, along
with contracts committing both parties showing equal consideration,
acceptance and signatures, when requested?
What process do they, the councils, use to distinguish between a
human being of flesh and blood and a PERSON for such purposes of
threatening prosecution?
